About this House

This casita at the rear of the property features new laminate flooring (looks like hardwood), a spacious kitchen with a DW and gas stove, a small den in addition to the larger bedroom (the den could be a bedroom but would be small) and new heat and air conditioning. Location is 4 blocks from CalTrain and 2 blocks from Castro Street. Stevens Creek Trail (you can bike to Google), library, Center for Performing Arts, Concerts on the Plaza and Castro street festivals are steps away. Easily accessible to 280/85/237/101. Ideal location for Apple and Google employees and anyone who wants to enjoy all of the great restaurant and fun that Castro has to offer. Parking is on the street since the tenants of the main house park in the driveway. House has double pane windows (with blinds) and two doors, all with screen options so you can let the outside into your home. Cats are okay. Absolutely NO SMOKING and no loud late noise. There are orange and fig trees in the yard...the fig tree produces hundreds of amazing figs each year! Email me at michmann2002@hotmail.com for more details and a floor plan. I do not yet have pics of the renovated unit because I am waiting for the current tenant to move out and will then renovate.

Utilities included.

Public transit agencies like Caltrain and VTA are 5-10 min of walk and this is the best perk. Also, downtown moutain view is a 10 min walk and I cannot explain how great this is. Downtown is very lively and I have a lot of food options, groceries, pharmacy and night life. "
