  • Rebecca J.
"Paved roads, lead to Highway M-30, 20 minute commute to Gladwin, Midland, 35 minutes to Bay City. Wixom lake a destination getaway! expect heavy traffic on major holidays"
  • Nanauhelski
"Midland is 15 miles away. Nearest shopping mall is in Midland. Dollar general store is 2 miles away."
  • Lilith d.
"This is a very transient area. Most of the "neighbors" live downstate and only come up occasionally. They may give the keys to friends for a weekend, but there's really not a lot of interaction between them and "the locals." There is a large trailer park that is being turned in to an RV park, which is nice from the standpoint of getting rid of 50-year-old trailers, but just adds to the transient nature of the area. If your property is not right on the water, it is a long trek to find a place to get access to it."
