I have never seen a more disrespectful school. The staff is rude, and it reminds me of a mean girls club. Do not send your kids here if you want them to actually learn. Texas has school choice now, send your child to a school that will actually care about them. I have never seen a school so disinterested in if their students actually learn. If you're not in one of their clicks they do not care. You have to fight to get your child the resources they need or to even do their jobs. When they do do their jobs they act like they are put out or insulted. At one time this school district may have been good as is evidence by reviews from years ago. But times have changed do not send your child here. They will not learn.

School is the best in cooke county from all the things it offers to the best facilities.

I feel the employees treat the work here as a job, not a career, if that makes sense. There’s not a sense of deep care or love for the work or the children. They are significantly underpaid and treat the job without care, meaning the children and their learning, because of their being overworked and underpaid. Reception doesn’t ensure the right child leaves with the right parent, they don’t ensure children leave in a reasonable time when picked up early (I personally have waited over half an hour to pick up my son for a doctors appointment, and 20 minutes to take my son to a funeral). The teachers don’t stop bullying. “Hey, stop” doesn’t get to the root of the problem. Again, they don’t connect with the kids or the work because they don’t feel valued.
