    "I commute to Rocklin so it’s pretty easy…just hop onto Garfield and then hop onto the freeway. It’s pretty easy. Takes about 15-20 mins. Commuting around here is easy though…close to Roseville, Fair Oaks, Sac, Citrus Heights, etc"

Everyone here has been so kind to us the entire time we have lived in the neighborhood. We usually have a baked goods exchange during the holidays and we come together for a block party for memorial day & the 4th of july. I would recommend carmichael as a great area to live!"

    "If you are near MSJ Hospital it is a nice area. There are dirty, lower grade parts up near El Camino Ave on Fair Oaks. After that it is nice again all along California Ave. Big Houses. River Spots. Lots of options for schools and stores. :)"
