We designed the home to be a beautiful retreat oasis to come back to relax after a day of exploring. The beautiful back yard is an awesome place with sitting areas for grilling or relaxing around the fire pit. The house if fully remodeled and it will be your perfect place.

Our home is located within walking distance to Azusa Pacific University, Slauson Park and Pool, and Downtown Azusa. You'll love being able to stroll through the tree-lined streets to explore the local shops, cafes, and restaurants.

If you're an outdoor enthusiast, you'll be in heaven! Our home is just a short drive from San Gabriel Canyon, Fish Canyon Trail, and Crystal Lake, where you can hike, fish, and take in the beautiful scenery. Golfers will love the proximity to the Azusa Greens Country Club, just a 5-minute drive away.

Families with kids will love the close proximity to Raging Waters, a fun-filled water park that's just a 10-minute drive away. Sports fans will appreciate being just 10 minutes from the Pasadena Rose Bowl, a historic stadium that's hosted numerous Super Bowls and other major sporting events.

For those who want to explore even further, Disneyland is just 40 minutes away, and the beaches of Santa Monica are only a 45-minute drive.

Inside our home, you'll find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms are clean and well-appointed.
