    "I find this to be a wonderful neighborhood. Easy walking distance to Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, Mother’s Beach and 2nd Street. Summer concerts in the park, weekly farmers market and friendly people. I love watching all of the action on the water when i go running. Fishing, boating and water skiers year round. My husband and i absolutely love living here. "
