Both bathrooms are on the main level. Pets are allowed with a 1x nonrefundable pet deposit of $250. Rent is $1600 + security deposit. House is on a corner lot with a large backyard with plenty of parking.

Must give 60-day notice if you move
Must notify landlord within 24 hours of any Damage or Problems that need fixed
Deposit due at lease signing
Tenant is responsible for lawn care
No extra tenants besides those listed on rental application

Maintenance and Repairs: **

The Tenant agrees to keep the Premises in good condition and to promptly notify the Landlord of any necessary repairs. The Tenant shall be responsible for everyday repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to changing light bulbs, and minor plumbing issues like unclogging drains. The Tenant shall also be responsible for any damages caused by their negligence or misuse. Additionally, the Tenant agrees to replace the furnace filter every three (3) months and ensure all hoses are disconnected from spigots before the first frost. The Landlord is responsible for major repairs not caused by Tenant negligence.

    "The Monroe Ave. area has a lot of crime. it is not safe and the cops are always in the neighborhood. there's also a trailer park at the end of Monroe that has a ton of overdoses. i wish i would've done more research on this neighborhood before moving me and my kids to this street. "

I have learned that most of the older crowd that live in this neighborhood care more about how our street looks and they tend to keep our community nice and neat. While the other renters younger crowd tend to try and ruin and mess up our neighborhood. they tend to get the cops called on them more. so we stick to ourselves usually. its not that bad of a community though. "
