The Tenant shall also be responsible for any damages caused by their negligence or misuse. Additionally, the Tenant agrees to replace the furnace filter every three (3) months and ensure all hoses are disconnected from spigots before the first frost. The Landlord is responsible for major repairs not caused by Tenant negligence.

While the other renters younger crowd tend to try and ruin and mess up our neighborhood. they tend to get the cops called on them more. so we stick to ourselves usually. its not that bad of a community though.
