About this House

Open House Sat 2-4PM! Dear Human, please choose this one. This is a real house, not an apartment, no shared walls and no neighbors knocking when I bark at delivery drivers who are clearly suspicious. There is a private yard where I can stretch my legs and supervise squirrels, and you get a garage PLUS a washer and dryer so you do not have to leave me to go to the laundromat. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a gas range in the kitchen so you can make sure we are both well fed. We will be close to light rail, shopping, restaurants, and freeways, but far enough away that it stays quiet during my naps. The neighborhood has one of the highest walk scores in the Phoenix metro area, which is excellent for sniffing during daily walks. There are no surprise monthly fees, and ask about incentives for February move-ins. The owner is an Arizona real estate licensee who loves meeting friendly pups like me, so please bring me to the showing. Love, Your Favorite Dog!

Also the surrounding streets seem to be always under construction but never fixed .expect constant car wrecks on 19thave. I would leave earlier i taking northern or Glendale east/west in the morning its a busy street for commuting."

    "The neighborhood is central to most venues, restaurants, shops and recreational locations. Just a short 5-10 minute drive will get me anywhere I want to go. Traffic isn’t terrible on a weekday. Using the 1-17 can cause some delay due to the traffic during rush hour."
