Utilities would be water, electricity, trash and internet if you choose. Water is $200 to have turned on, trash runs about $40 a month or so depending on which company you pick. One company offers a discount rate for paying for 3 months at a time.

NO pets or animals allowed. NO smoking is allowed inside the property. A background check is required and is $47 per person for anyone 18 or older.

Our selection criteria is:
1) prior rental history must be good. No evictions or judgments. Friends and family do not count as rental history.
2) proof of income at least $3,00 a month
3) 2 persons maximum per bedroom

Lease term is flexible. It is located off of Gosling near 99 and in Klein ISD.
