Room Share Rules
1. Respect & Quiet Hours
Be respectful of housemates' privacy and space.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekends.

No loud music, phone calls, or TV volume during these times.

2. Cleanliness
Keep your room clean and odor-free.

Clean up after yourself in shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, living areas).

Each tenant is responsible for a monthly rotation of basic chores (e.g., taking out trash, wiping counters, sweeping common areas).

3. Guests & Visitors
Occasional guests allowed with prior notice to housemates and host.

No overnight guests for more than 2 consecutive nights per week without written permission.

No parties or gatherings without prior approval.

4. Kitchen & Food
Label your food. No sharing without permission.

Wash dishes immediately after use.

Keep personal food in your assigned space in the fridge/pantry.

5. Utilities & Internet Use
All electrical, but fair usage is expected.

6. Smoking, Alcohol & Substances
No smoking or vaping inside or outside the home

No illegal drugs or excessive alcohol use on the property.

7. Pets
Pets are not allowed
