This FURNISHED 2 bedroom townhome is located in a quiet neighborhood in Murrells Inlet, second row to the marsh, approximately 2 miles from the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, and approximately 1 mile to Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens.Tidelands Health is approximately five minutes away. Truly a Great Location! This fully furnished unit has two bedrooms, both include queen beds and the master has a Roku TV. Living room has a 42" TV with Roku streaming device included. Also included are Wi-Fi, water, and electricity (up to $120 per month).

This unit is available as March 1, 2026 as a mid-term or long term furnished rental. (We prefer a minimum of 3 month lease.) Toiletries, paper products, batteries, and towels are not provided for tenants. If you decide to do an annual lease, the security deposit will increase to $1800.

No smoking. No pets. No drugs. No subleasing.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Two parking spots are provided for standard vehicles.

No motorcycles, golf carts, boats, trailers, or commercial/extra large vehicles such as oversized trucks etc. will be permitted. (Towing will be enforced for these violations.)

Tenants are responsible for taking out their own trash each week. A trash bin is provided outside of the unit. (No trash pickup.) The Georgetown County recycling center is close by.
