My son went to this school and the things he reported back to me scared me. The kids in the school bullied him day after day and when he told the guidance counselors just referred him to a mental hospital to get evaluated. Fights happened almost daily, and all the deans/principles did was add more rules that did nothing. The amount of people who think they are thugs that are in 8/7th grade is sad according to my son, and he almost got ROBBED yes you read it right ROBBED fix your school, I'm glad I took my son to Harmony.

Moved to the area in September 2024. My son started the school 3 weeks after school started and honestly, they made the transition super easy. He was assigned to an amazing Kinder teacher (Ms. Tiedeman). She really cares for the students and does so many activities with them she is a wonderful teacher. I love how the school has a Halloween trunk or treat (we had so much fun decorating our car and passing out candy). Also, night of the arts which allows all students to show case their artwork from art class and you can purchase it (super cute). I would like to see more after school events for the students maybe like a family funday, movie night or something like that. But I mean over all the school is great and the staff is amazing. Oh, and the pickup and drop off is so organized! I can truly say I am beyond happy so far with the school.

This school seems to care more about what students wear than their education which is really weird to me because they way a person dresses does not define them as a person but that isn’t all their staff and counselors etc seem to really not care about students emotional health Or students opinions my daughter is in 10th grade and she just started this new high school and for open house they allowed students to change their classes if they weren’t comfortable with them and that’s what she did she was really happy with her schedule until Wednesday 20/8/25 I get a text message saying that my daughter was absent for her class so I talked to her and she got in trouble for this school’s mistake because she checked and they changed her classes without even letting her know not even an email or nothing now my daughter has 4 absences because she didn’t have a clue that her classes were changed so on Thursday she goes to “guidance” because she has to make an appointment to talk to her counselor mind you her counselor was free but they didn’t even give her the appointment she just stood there and explained what was the issue so the lady that was sitting called her and she came out just to say “oh yeah we had to take you out because the classes were full” but my daughter told me that she saw a new student in that class so what’s the point of taking one out to put another? Makes absolutely no sense. My daughter was really upset because those 2 specific classes were the ones she most liked since she’s new she doesn’t have many students she can shared with and those were the only classes she felt most comfortable and she let them know she said to please if there was anything they could do and these ladies were so rude they replied to her “NO did you not hear what she just said?” In a very rude way it’s so sad to me that they can’t help a poor girl who’s trying to have a nice schedule so she can have a happy school year and let’s be real I know it takes them 5 seconds to just put her back in her classes they just don’t care at all and either ways my daughter shouldn’t have to pay for yalls systems mistake because a full class shouldn’t have been an issue if they knew how to handle this I Really hope this issue gets fixed soon.
