"Coyotes walk down roads in daylight. Never let your cats or small dogs out in unfenced yards. Dirt roads in some areas. Water may not be fit to drink for young children. Horse property air is clean temperature 10-15 degrees cooler than Palm Springs yet just 30minutes from downtown. "
