  • Keven C.
"They wouldn’t like having to have their dogs on leashes. Too many free range dogs and cats in my neighborhood. South Moss. "
  • Alisha A. L.
"There are many families in my area. There are a couple of parks and businesses around the area. It’s a pretty nice area. "
  • Alisha A. L.
"It’s an ok neighborhood. The commute is short if it’s around here it’s long anywhere else. The schools are not too bad either. "
  • Michael R. G.

"It’s close to A.L. Brown and Downtown Kannapolis. Home of the upcoming Boomer baseball team. Awesome shopping, Amtrak station, Gem Theatre and more! "
  • Alisha A. L.

  • Megan.hucks9000
"a lot of Kannapolis is quiet with a sleepy suburban small town feeling though it is getting bigger. nothing is very far from most places so you can still do grocery shopping or out to dinner etc without much hastle"
  • Nancy J.
"Village Park family events. concerts, Park barbacues Friendly people communication Quiet area time Clean area. Protection,Area stores Community college seminar "
  • Brenda W. M.
"There is a really nice dog park where dogs can be off-leash and play. Dogs in the neighborhood are contained behind yard fences or are walked on a leash."
  • Lys
"Dogs are welcome. However there is a limit of 4 and it’s difficult to get the HSA to allow a fence without large gaps (which may be difficult for owners with small dogs) I have small dogs and we were able to get the fence, but it has to be a certain kind."
  • Casey B.
"I love Kannapolis. I moved here to get away from the craziness of Charlotte and it's been great. Everyone is usually friendly around my neighborhood and I know most of my neighbors. It's quiet at night and there's not much light pollution. Kids are always playing outside and there's a dog in every yard. There's a plethora of parks to choose from around here and the neighborhoods have sidewalks. The only real downsides are loose dogs running around and hanging about in the road. Some yards are also not well maintained and have lots of trash etc. Lots of dilapidated and abandoned buildings. "
  • Trulia User
"They love this area is quiet and they enjoy the surrounding areas specially the parks, everything is close: the mall, grocery stores, restaurants, etc,"
  • Joel S.
"I don't particularly know about any community events in my area the only one is the Christmas parade."
