"San clemente is whack. Was fun growing up here but it’s gotten worse over the year. Not to mention we live in a 1.5million dollar home in an affluent neighborhood in Talega and yet my car was stolen right out of my driveway last week. Everything is absurdly expensive and this town is not what it used to be."
  • Pamela R.
"San Clemente has a great small town feel. It has many nice neighborhoods and a great main street area with many shops and nice restaurants. The pier area and the beaches are nice as well. It is a great place to live!"
  • Katie K.
"Safe, friendly and great people. This place is different in the best way possibly. Small town vibe and great way to connect with neighbors, which is harder in busier cities"
  • Brice B.
"great city to be in if you love the beach and tons of things to do and tons of new shopping and food"
  • Nina V.
"Lots of places to walk your dog, people pick up after their dogs, some streets don’t have sidewalks, lots of neighbors have dogs"
  • Tyler S.
"Great place to raise kids and live the beach life. Plenty to do and clean. The schools are acceptable and clean as well. Great beach living for a somewhat reasonable cost. "
  • Maggie S.
"Downtown festivals, music concerts on beach, Antique car show, fireworks for 4th of July, Holiday Festivals. "
  • Sharon S.
"We’ve lived here for 23 years and it’s a wonderful place to raise a family... it’s a coastal town with a quaint vibe and full of genuine, friendly people. It’s casual and not too pretentious. "
  • 1037103137

  • David M. W.

"Safe and friendly. Lots of activities and plenty to do. Farmers market on Sunday is a great place to take family, see friends and enjoy treats. Christmas time is a special time in the city that is well decorated. Summer time outdoor concerts and activities are second to none. Plenty of great shopping and restaurants. Del Mar is downtown full of great restaurants and unique shops. Music at ivy Lee's with new Orleans cuisine but start at the Cellars on del Mar for great wine, cheese and music. Beaches are well maintained, safe and there's even an historic pier. Great vibe and creative energy. A new Brazilian crepe place just opened up on del Mar. Amazing Brazilian coffee. Tapioca crepes are outstanding. San onofre with old mans surfing beach with firepits on the beach is a must for all. "
