Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Rent cost significantly less than Zillow's Zestimate of $1,550.00 per month! Check out this nearly perfect and exquisitely clean 3 bedroom 3 bath to be available hopefully by February 5 in a quiet, safe and pretty part of Palm Coast.

Very convenient to shopping, good schools, nature trails and is timed a mere 13 minutes to the beach.

Each bedroom is excellently sized and is equipped with lighted paddle fans and has closet space galore. In fact, just the upper floor where the bedrooms are is about the ENTIRE size of an average duplex unit.

The ample sized elegant kitchen has newer stainless steel quality appliances. There is plenty of counter space in the quality back-splashed kitchen as well.

The first floor is completely tiled coupled with costly travertine and the second floor has traditional plush carpet for the bedrooms. Home has two air conditioning heat pump units and is equipped with on-call. Due to these economically sound measures, electric bills should thus be minimized.

You also should definitely never have a problem with the bathrooms being full as you have a very convenient third bathroom available!

The back yard is completely fenced and affords private entertaining with the lanai area covering a wide expanse of attractive tile. It is all ready pre-wired and bracketed for an outside wall hanging television!

Complete yard maintenance cost will be absorbed by the landlord.

I have done fairly thorough research on comparable properties listed with Zillow and the monthly price per square foot is VERY competitive and that does not even take into consideration the superb quality of the home versus its competitors. Most duplexes currently available sizes are roughly one half the square footage that this home provides PLUS it has the previous aforementioned upgraded amenities.

This home is in many ways, fancy-dancy. It was the previous owner's residence and therefore has many upgrades.

Ideally, the standard "first and last" month lease.

"The neighborhood is a quite community. There are many events but they are not well attended. Palm Coast is between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. I feel most people who live in Palm Coast want to keep the town low key and residential not touristy."

"I recently move here from St Augustine. I love the fact that it is a community with a lot of retirees but at the same time there's a thriving economy because of all the services offered to this people. There's a lot of younger people moving in with and without kids looking for job opportunities. Great place to raise kids. The beach is only minutes away at all times. "
