Room Description

Luxury, private room on the 1st floor of a house with a modern bathroom (granite countertop) with shower with its own private entrance through a gated rose garden.

Furnished; Queen bed, big table, couch, dresser, and bookcase are included if you want.

Closet is a double wide hanging closet with mirrored sliding doors.
Harwood floor, but we include a wool carpet.

This is a beautiful, safe, quiet environment with lots of green space outside, and key access to 2 SWIMMING POOLS and 2 TENNIS COURTS.

We are a family that speaks Chinese and English, and understands foreign students. We have kids, but they are awesome and speak Chinese, too.

1 minute walk to swimming pool and tennis court and green belt
5 minute walk to swimming pool
3 minutes drive access to the 405
3 minute walk to bus stops
5 minute walk to Wholesome Choice market
5 minutes drive from UCI

This unit is available from June 1st to December 31st, 2026.
If we find the right person, we can rent to a student through May, 2027.

Rent is due the last day of each month for the next month.
(July rent is due June 30th).

We pay utilities UNLESS your electricity or water usage is over 20% of our normal bill. In that case, we will ask for 20% of the bill that we pay each month.

Room is clean. Tenant must keep the room clean unless they want us to clean it weekly, for an extra $100 per month.

This is a residential neighborhood, we have kids. NO drinking or drugs.
If you are looking for a quiet, healthy place to sleep or work, this is for you.
We are reasonable, and will accommodate any reasonable request.
