Just ff the kitchen you will find a large living room that can easily fit a large sectional and large television. Onto the rear bedroom you will find a like size secondary bedroom with a ceiling fan. There is a laundry area off of this bedroom with a utility sink and washer and dryer (not warrantied by owners). There is also an ironing room with a lay down ironing board and shelving for laundry detergents, etc. The bathroom has a full tub/shower combination with rustic shelving and a scissor pull out mirror for those who like to see the back of their hair while styling. There is a full vanity and toilet. The secondary bedroom and living room areas have hardwood flooring in a dark, rich color. The bathroom and kitchen both have linoleum. There is a front and rear entry to this apartment. The front entry has beautiful wood parquet flooring with solid wood stained doors and trim. Simply unusual and beautiful!! There are 2 parking spaces in the rear of the rental property for those who would prefer off-street parking.

Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
