It is a historic home, recently-renovated with tons of character, including views of the mountains and forest, a large sun room, and rocks and boulders incorporated into the interior and exterior. The home has around 1800 square feet of living space, central A/C, gas furnaces, a refrigerator, and washer/dryer hook ups. The furnishings and decorations shown below are not included. We will consider allowing up to two well-mannered house pets (no fenced yard). The rental term is one year, with a security deposit of $3180. Great for anyone who is looking for a quiet home full of sunlight and beauty.

Perched above the low desert of Palm Desert people escape here from the high heat there. No fast food and Mom and pop shops. Dogs as Mayors for the village.
