I have one particular teacher that I/we have tried to get involved, communicate, understand and offer solutions for our kids and the other kids in the classroom. I have only received excuses and words of promises without any actions since the beginning of 2014 school year. This particular teacher is not accommodating, caring or capable from many points of view. I would hope that anyone having any concerns for your kids that you speak up and talk with the principle of the school. She needs your help to make this a better school for everyone.
