Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Rental insurance is required.

Pets are considered ( Dogs and Cats). No more than two pets allowed. $250 non refundable pet fee required for each pet. Then $35 monthly pet rent. Due to insurance purposes NO aggressive breed is allowed. Must submit up to date shot records. Cat must be spayed and neutered.
