My beautiful home in spring creek is becoming available on June 4th for move in. Partially furnished but can be removed and stored elsewhere if needed. This is a split plan 3 bedroom 2 bathroom that allows pets. It's perfect for a family and willing to extend the lease to 2 years if preferred.

Master bedroom is massive size with 2 entry doors for privacy. Fits in picture a california king bed and allows for plenty extra space.

Cabinets are being refurbished throughout the house from those pictures and new refrigerator will be installed before move in date.

The house does not include the garage but can include it starting March 1st 2026 and the size of the garage is a 4 car garage for a very fair price. Currently would be occupied until February 28th as a work shop.

Owner pays for water and sewer. Renter is responsible for all other utilities.
