Brand New paint throughout. Large porches have both just been repainted. Close to 17A and 52A so easy drives to Charleston, Summerville and Goose Creek as well as a two minute drive to Moncks Corner.

Lease is month to month. Renter will get electric through Santee Cooper and Water through Berkeley County Water. No Smoking inside the unit. Tenant may have up to 2 cats with a 50.00 pet deposit per cat. Tenant is responsible for lawn care.

    "Ive lived in this neighborhood for 35 yrs and it still has the small town feel. We have a million dollar property and there is no where else in the tri-county area we’d rather live. The neighbors are more like family and people are friendly. Crime is low and people are involved in the community. We also have YHE best mayor around!!!!"
