Welcome to Hospitality House located across the street from Christus Trinity Mother Frances Hospital and the Northeast Texas Cancer and Research Institute, and .5 miles from UT Health East Texas in Tyler, TX. Featuring fully furnished 1-bedroom units including stove, refrigerator and microwave which are perfect for traveling medical professionals or long-term residents. All utilities are included. Wifi provided. Onsite coin operated laundry room. Unfurnished units available, call for rates. $50 will be billed in addition to rent for ALL utilities and pest control.

** Once security deposit has been paid and the unit has been taken off market, the lease MUST be signed within 3 days. If not, the unit will be put back on the market and deposit will be kept as liquidation damages **

 Properties/Units can be held after application has been approved and security deposit has been received.

*We are Pet Friendly. Providing all pertinent pet information will help increase processing time on applications. Pet deposits are fully refundable, less any lawful deductions. Aggressive breeds are not allowed, including Pit Bulls, American Bulldogs, Mastiffs, Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and mixes of these breeds. If you have questions pertaining to our policy on restricted breeds, please contact our leasing department. Residents with emotional support animals (ESAs) and service animals will need to provide necessary documentation.

    "The people here are very violent and they are very mean to animals. It’s very noisy here all hours of the day and the cops and ambulances are here on nearly a daily basis. The current managers are doing nothing to keep us safe. Instead they make our lives miserable by constantly turning off the water, internet, and hot water for days at a time without notice. I’ve reached out to the owners but they are no help either."
