My daughter just started at the end of August. She's never been to daycare so this is her first time around a group of kids her own age. She's adjusting well with the kids & excited. The problem is the staff. One day I arrived early & was the 1st parent in the pick up line, no one put my kid in the car but parents behind me got their kid & left. I thought the rule was first come,first served. Excuse me if I'm wrong. My kid has asthma, I'm noticing I'm being called to pick her up every time she coughs. Ive been dealing with her asthma since she was a baby & her triggers are a common cold & smoke. I provided a asthma action plan & meds but it seems that the nurse doesn't want to follow the every 4hr rule and give her the inhaler. Instead I'm being called to pick her up. When I check on her,shes smiling,playing,singing & to my observation she can remain at school. If they're going to call me to get her every time she clears her throat, it makes no sense for her to go to school. I'm serious thinking bout pulling her out to go to another school or let her start home school. I'm disappointed. I was excited for her to come to BES since I heard some many good things about it.

This is going to be my second year and it's not that bad but the assistance principle is mean she get mad at the drop of a pen
