This property is rented fully furnished and all utilities are included in the rental rate. Garage space available if needed. The Bear Point Community features a private beach on the bay, a marina with activities such as jet ski rentals, boat and fishing tours. Our house is only 12 minutes from the public dock and 15 minutes to the beach. There is outdoor surveillance.

All utilities (Power, water and internet) included. Fully furnished. Includes linens. No smoking indoors. Pets can be discussed for additional deposit and monthly fee.
