We live in the heart of the historical Pomona district in a beautiful Craftsman-style home. We're located just 5 miles from Cal Poly Pomona, ULV, and the Claremont colleges and a few blocks away from Western University in Downtown Pomona. A 1 mile, $4 Uber ride from the local art/music/bar scene (highly recommended!)

We welcome all students/recent grads, musicians or artists who are in need of a new place of residence to come check out the house!

House:
-A very large, completely restored Craftsman bungalow with 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and spacious common areas
-Close to Western University, Cal Poly Pomona, Mt. Sac, University of La Verne, Claremont colleges
-Relaxed atmosphere, coed, all students, artists, young working professionals and musicians welcomed
-House cleaning services (once a week!) included
-Water & trash included
-Other utilities, including FiOS internet and TV, electricity, gas are split evenly between housemates
-Good, quiet neighborhood
-Extremely fast internet (FiOS wifi and ethernet) and TV
-Fully furnished and large common areas, dining room, and living room
-Fridge, washer, dryer, dish washer, other appliances included
-Close to downtown Pomona (good night life, art and music scene) and public transit (downtown Pomona transit center)
-Ample parking
-Wood floors throughout

-All ~23 years old and students, artists, young working professionals or musicians
-Guys and girls, no couples currently

    "It’s nice to have events close by at the Fairplex, and there are a lot of great public/community resources available throughout Pomona— specifically public health. Our neighborhood, specifically, does not do any organized events, and I generally spend my time outside of Pomona (grocery shopping/errands in La Verne, San Dimas, or Glendora, and work in Orange County) because many parts of Pomona are NOT safe at all and I don’t feel comfortable taking my family anywhere in town."
