This is a great school with a very active PTSA. Our teachers are go above and beyond with communicating what’s going on in the classroom, what’s going on in the school, and topics where your child could use extra practice at home. The PTSA provides many opportunities for families to meet and be engaged in their child’s school and education. They are always looking out for advocating for the needs of the students.

The staff here is very knowledgeable, and it seems like most of the teachers have been teaching for a long time. The staff is very accommodating towards students with special needs. The facility is a mixed bag though. There are parts of the facility that are old and not in good shape, but the newer parts of the facility are phenomenal. As of 2023 I understand that the facility is getting a makeover in some of the older parts, but we'll see. They also have metal detectors at all the main entry points, and I fell like that was a great investment, as it helps maintain safety for all who utilize the campus. However, the metal detectors have made school drop off and pick up a nightmare. Essentially, there is no dropping off right on time, or a little after the bell rings., you're either really early, or really late, no in between.Overall this is a great school, and they do an excellent job of teaching students in a fair and equitable way.
