The separate office in the detached garage has been used as a satellite work space for those who work some hours from home. It's quiet and completely separate from the main living space. There is a large deck in the back yard. It has a large shade umbrella and some deck furniture. This is a great space for a bbq, lounge chairs and other deck related furniture. Small garden bed in the driveway is a perfect spot for full sun vegetables.

Owners pay for garbage and recycling services. Renters pay for electricity, Wifi, and water.
Owners require that the existing landscaping be watered several times per week during the summer months. If the water bill exceeds the base rate (approximately $120.00 per month) the owners will cover the additional cost to maintain landscaping.
Pet (small dog) allowed with owner approval and with non refundable pet deposit.
First and last month's rent collected at move in date along with deposits.
No smoking or vaping allowed in the house or garage/ office space.
BBQ's in the back yard must be clear of any wood fencing and walls.
Lease term is for 1 year. (With discussion over renewal date and term)
