Two bedroom, one bath house (approximately 850 sq ft) with a 5 minute walk to downtown. Detached garage (approximately 350 sq ft) with small office space or storage. New washer/ dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. Located across from the Indian Creek trailhead.
This is a perfect space for a couple as the house is cozy and compact. There is a large garage with ample gear and storage space. The separate office in the detached garage has been used as a satellite work space for those who work some hours from home. It's quiet and completely separate from the main living space. There is a large deck in the back yard. It has a large shade umbrella and some deck furniture. This is a great space for a bbq, lounge chairs and other deck related furniture. Small garden bed in the driveway is a perfect spot for full sun vegetables.

Owners pay for garbage and recycling services. Renters pay for electricity, Wifi, and water.
Owners require that the existing landscaping be watered several times per week during the summer months. If the water bill exceeds the base rate (approximately $120.00 per month) the owners will cover the additional cost to maintain landscaping.
Pet (small dog) allowed with owner approval and with non refundable pet deposit.
First and last month's rent collected at move in date along with deposits.
No smoking or vaping allowed in the house or garage/ office space.
BBQ's in the back yard must be clear of any wood fencing and walls.

    "Dee Hwy is gorgeous in every season. The towering pines are beautiful and smell so fresh. There is great hiking and biking are right outside your door with close access to county forest land. It is a quiet and peaceful spot. It is 12 minutes to the Heights in hood River, 5 minutes to the local market, 5 minutes to the Punchbowl, a local swimming spot, and 30 minutes to skiing."
