-This home is great for anyone looking to live in a historic downtown Joplin home. This home has an original kitchen with a refrigerator and a gas stove. There is NO dishwasher. There are 3 porches and a porch day bed swing. The parking is street parking. There is a very large fenced yard (6 ft privacy and newly build) and a storage building. This property is not advertised on craigslist or Facebook, don't get scammed. An ideal tenant needs to be comfortable with the quirks of a old home.
