Always engaging in the latest innovative teaching strategies, the teachers and staff show great care, and high levels of professionalism. We were very satisfied with our chid's relationships with their teachers and staff. However, that being said. This school was so rough we sold our home and moved away. Our child was brutalized on the playground, endured multiple visits with medical professionals, returned to school to have the brutality continue, and checking back to find record of the incidents, there are none to be found with the school. I'm glad I have my own documentation, however, it is very disturbing to see little improvement made in terms of intervention, and shocking even more to see that incidents of violent attacks are swept under some proverbial rug. Honestly, we had a wonderful home, and tried hard with this community, but in the end we had one major tough decision to make. We sold our family home and left the community after repeated negative experiences, and many hours of hard social work would not be able to fix the culture inside this school.

This school is horrible. The administration is terrible, along with sports coaches. There ino disciplinary action for bully by either students or teachers. All they do is “talk” about it. There is no respect when it comes to teachers, administrators or students. All in all, I wish my child wasn’t stuck in the Fort Dodge school system. If you can help it, don’t send your children here.
