"I live and owned 3 homes in the Lake Griffin Estates Community. I love the people and specially next door neighbors. The children are happy and parents feel safe,it is dog friendly. "Elementary School is very close to us, Junior High and Lake Howell High School has bus stops everywhere. Making it easier for parents to get their child or children off to school. There are parks and a public swimming pool in our neighborhood. I think the area is pretty safe for kids and lots of places to go for kids. Along with a public library."
