Description

Downtown Durango is only a few blocks away from this light-filled cozy studio apartment. It is located in the back of the house in the alley where you can find your quiet oasis. Bathroom includes a shower with skylight, and the kitchen includes a fridge and oven. Enjoy the morning sun on the small patio. Tile flooring throughout. Off street parking. One pet is ok with a $300 pet deposit and $35/month pet rent. Students are ok with references. Gas and electric are included. $40/person for w/s/t. No smokers. No dishwasher. No on-site laundry. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready.

INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL?
The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person (or to send a proxy). Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your drivers license. If you want to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside our office - just make sure to label payments with your name and the rental address. Once we have ALL applications, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
