Great bones in a perfectly located pride-of-ownership Lakewood neighborhood near schools, parks, shopping, and freeways. This fixer is perfect for a flipper, contractor, or a homeowner looking to make it their own and build equity. This 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home has an excellent floorplan and offers plenty of room to expand or add an ADU. The 2 car detached garage could also make an excellent rental / ADU conversion opportunity. This diamond in the rough features a newer roof and many newer windows to help keep the renovation costs down. Do not disturb occupants. Property will be sold as-is. No repairs will be made.

"I love Lakewood! I never want to leave! It’s such a quiet, family-friendly, community-oriented city. Lakewood offers so many different activities, perks for residents, & events throughout the year, & for any age. In addition to safety, the city takes pride in cleanliness. Our parks & our public areas, are always well-kept. I also love it here because those of us that have been here for years know that neighbors still talk to one another here, & are very friendly! <3 Lakewood! "

"Nothing that i know of is in this neighborhood. I'm on the outskirts of Lakewood close to Hawaiian gardens and it is not a safe part of Lakewood. i believe the best parts of Lakewood are areas near the mall. The Lakewood sheriff's have a bad reputation of not showing up on time when called. I'm near Rynerson park del amo and studebaker the cars like to do donuts and race down studebaker near centralia. My neighbors are constantly calling the police and they always show up when the car racers are gone. "
