"I have lived in this area of Dallas for 14 years and own 2 houses in the area as well. The Willis property is close enough to Knox Henderson and Lower Greenville that you can walk, but without the high level of traffic if it were closer. Great neighbors and a house with a pool in this area is unheard of. It would be a great fit for young professionals, graduate students, and empty nesters. "
