    "This area continues to deteriate and less then suitable renter are moving into the area, as most of the origional porperty owners have passed on and agents are buying up estates and renting the properties. The county has little interest in this area and all right of ways and easments are ignored and neglected. Crime is overwhelming and I can't wait to sell out and relocate. Good Luck. "
