We have a gorgeous cozy l bed/1 bath Apartment for rent with mountain
 views through the window. Why rent somewhere else? Hard to find an apt. with the convenience
of a private rear yard. Just open the back door and let your pet out, or use the doggy door. lt is the
 end unit of a triplex. Lots of detail in this unit. lt has laminate wood floors, Tile in the Kitchen and
 Bath, Stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, Granite counters, electric fireplace, Living
 room set up for a wall mount TV,2 ceiling fans, Burglar alarm, and air conditioning.
 The common area has a Bar-b-cue and picnic bench next to the grass area . On site coin-op
 laundry is available. Water, trash,and hot water are included in the rent. There is a 1 year lease,
 $800 deposit, $SOO of which is refundable, $300 goes to cleaning.Credit check fee is $35.
 One small pet is allowed with a $150 non-refundable deposit and $20 month pet rent. There are
 breed restrictions.
 It is located a t 523 E. Purdue (1 block south of Mountain View off of 7st)
 It is vacant and ready for rent.This is a non smoking apt.
 Been getting a lot of questions on requirements, here they are: Good credit, good reference from
 existing landlord, make 3 x the rent as income, no felonies, no evictions, been on the same job for
 minimum 6 months.
