New keypad door locks. Very safe & walk friendly location adjacent to government center & 2 schools. On site Laundry in common area to be shared with other unit. Separately metered utility Service. Ample Storage space in basement & Garage. Owner pays for water and sewage. Each unit of duplex is entitled to a 1 stall shared garage with the other unit. No smoking allowed
