About this House

Youve found a gem located on one of the most beautiful tree-lined streets in the desirable South of Conant neighborhood of east Long Beach. This graceful 2 story home has been well loved and cared for by one family for over 20 years, exactly the type of home you'd hope to find. You can see the thought and attention to detail everywhere you look. It has an ideal layout for everyday family living and for entertaining. Theres an open flow from the kitchen to the family room and the bonus room leading out to the backyard. The kitchen remodel was designed for ease and convenience while being connected to the rest of the house - you have a view of the family room and out to the pool while you cook. The spacious primary suite is complete with a luxurious bath and large walk-in closet plus a sitting area by the fireplace. The downstairs baths were beautifully upgraded and the primary bath was rebuilt from the studs out in 2022. Your new home is equipped with all the high quality amenities you would expect from a home of this caliber. The dual pane Milgard windows and doors will help keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter along with ductless central AC and heating in each room - including the garage. Systems replaced and upgraded include: 3-year-old roof, 200 amp electric panel, copper plumbing, waste lines and mainline were replaced, and Pergo flooring runs throughout. In 2020, the pool was resurfaced and had new tile, pump, and coping installed. Tall vinyl privacy fencing was also added for a very private yard. The garage is a pleasure to be in - completely finished with a view of the pool over your desk/workbench. There is a sink, recessed lighting, heat and AC, and the floor is covered with rubber matting. The long driveway and the front walkway to the porch have a pebblecoat surface. Prime location near parks, easy freeway access, a huge variety of shopping and dining options, excellent schools, and just a short drive to the beach. Come and see this outstanding home for yourself!

"Friendly and accepting, we have BL ock events and celebrations. We also occasionally have Front Yard Fridays - we hang out in our front yard just to be outside and be seen. You’d be amazed how that changes the vibe of a neighborhood to feel safe and friendly. "
  • Hkmbqvhryx
"There is a park nearby which is perfect for walking and playing with your dog. Walking around the neighborhood is always a good option also."
  • Shwz62v6yc
"Long Beach is huge but broken down into neighborhoods. We have an active parks and recs department and the city holds MANY city wide events like BeachStreets, music festivals, parades for most major holidays, and our high schools are all very tied to the community with sports and events! "
  • Shwz62v6yc
"It’s very dog friendly! Backyards, lots of sidewalks….Access to open spaces but, unfortunately, no dog park near by. "
  • Trulia User

"i I don't plan on moving. Knock on wood. its a safe area. only thing we have a lot of wires over head. and sometimes the airport gets loud"
  • Ray C.
"Been in South of Conant neighborhood for 16 1/2 years. The homes here are constantly being remodeled and upgraded. But the best part is how friendly most neighbors are, and being a dog owner here for 15 years has been amazing as the owners of dogs are very responsible. Mistakes happen, but each owner I know is very diligent to accommodate others. 3 very nice parks and a golf course are all within walking distance."
  • Moni_viramontes
"I love the neighborhood, very friendly and vigilant efforts in a beautiful community of diverse people. "
  • Ray C.
"3 parks nearby, 5mins to long beach airport, no 2 homes look the same, close to Vet Stadium events: Antique flea market, motorcycle Sunday once per month...and other special events. "
  • Powers
"Beautiful mature area, with lots of parks. Clean easy access to freeways and restaurants. Lots of new families moving in. "
  • Stephanie S.
"I love this neighborhood. Never had any major problems one break in and the robbers were caught in less than 15min. Great family area, I personally grew up playing sports at Wardlow park which is with in walking distance. Carver is the local elementary school and is amazing with lots of involvement from parents and previous students. All in All couldn't of asked for a better place to of grown up in."
  • John J.
"Quiet neighborhood, peaceful. Good neighbors, even though you won't notice they are around. Great home for a family and someone with a lot of toys!"
