Appliances included are: gas stove, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer and dryer units; dryer is natural gas hookup. Additionally, owners have left on and with the property: Lawn mower, weed wacker, blower, chainsaw, and hedger (no owner warranty on these additional items). Please note the refrigerator shown in the garage in marketing pictures will not be included or present at the time of move-in.

Aptive Pest Control is included with Rent, comes out every 3 months, and will also come out whenever service is needed or requested.

A landscaper will also come out every 6 months to keep larger trees and bushes trimmed and tidy, as well as do an overall weed abatement on the property.

In between landscaper coming out every 6 months, landscaping maintenance, weed abatement, and proper irrigation of all will be the tenant/s responsibility during the lease and overall.

Utilities Not Included, which will be the tenant's responsibility, are: Gas and Electric through SDG&E, Water through the City of Oceanside, and Trash Service through the City of Oceanside. Please note this home has Solar!

Any questions regarding utilities, please ask before applying. It is the applicants' or tenants' responsibility to satisfy themselves with all questions and clarifications they may have or need before proceeding.

This home has central heating and AC, and is on Sewer. Please note that any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant's responsibility during the lease. Be careful what goes down all drains.

Owner previously used AT&T for internet and Dish Network for television, reported both worked well, and the house is still wired for them, plans or activation would be the tenant's responsibility.

A Renter's Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home. And owners and/or management will be required to be listed as an additionally noted and/or insured on the policy.

Please note that backyard fence repairs are being evaluated and are in progress, but final completion of the repairs may not be completed by the requested move-in date. Applicants / Tenants are advised to just ask for an update or ETA on the repairs as may be needed.

Please note the owner or us as the mgmt. may require a few extra days before the scheduled move-in date for a final once-over cleaning and wipe-down detail of the home to be performed.

We are happy to supply a sample lease agreement to you ahead of time, just ask. Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property. But the lease in and of itself will be much like the one we will later supply to you to review ahead of signing. Thank you!

We recommend using a computer when viewing all rental listings and filling out applications, as not all mobile devices may work. We need a separate application for each adult 18 years of age or older who will be residing in the home either full or part-time.     "what I love the most about this neighborhood is we over look the Marine Base, and because that you get a lot of wild life, the sound of the frogs in the spring is deafening yet charming, also I am 1 mile from my barn where I board my horse. It feels like we live in the country instead of the suburbs. I live in the eastern portion of Oceanside, and this area is horse country, mainly Thoroughbreds. The San Luis Rey Training center for race horses is about 5 miles from my house. It is a quiet and very safe neighborhood."
