Additionally, owners have left on and with the property: Lawn mower, weed wacker, blower, chainsaw, and hedger (no owner warranty on these additional items). Please note the refrigerator shown in the garage in marketing pictures will not be included or present at the time of move-in.

Aptive Pest Control is included with Rent, comes out every 3 months, and will also come out whenever service is needed or requested.

A landscaper will also come out every 6 months to keep larger trees and bushes trimmed and tidy, as well as do an overall weed abatement on the property.

In between landscaper coming out every 6 months, landscaping maintenance, weed abatement, and proper irrigation of all will be the tenant/s responsibility during the lease and overall.

Utilities Not Included, which will be the tenant's responsibility, are: Gas and Electric through SDG&E, Water through the City of Oceanside, and Trash Service through the City of Oceanside. Please note this home has Solar!

Please note that backyard fence repairs are being evaluated and are in progress, but final completion of the repairs may not be completed by the requested move-in date. Applicants / Tenants are advised to just ask for an update or ETA on the repairs as may be needed.

Please note the owner or us as the mgmt. may require a few extra days before the scheduled move-in date for a final once-over cleaning and wipe-down detail of the home to be performed.

Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property. It feels like we live in the country instead of the suburbs. I live in the eastern portion of Oceanside, and this area is horse country, mainly Thoroughbreds. The San Luis Rey Training center for race horses is about 5 miles from my house. It is a quiet and very safe neighborhood."
