My child is happy at school. Of course there are some bumps, but seems to be gaining lots of good experience and good learning.

Teachers connect with kids and make sure everyone can succeed. The advisory program helps students feel connected. The AP and concurrent enrollment program has grown as has CTE with building trades and automotive, speech and debate, knowledge bowl, and Destination Imagination. For a small rural school, a lot is offered!

I an a former student. I can go on and on about the problem this school has, drugs, bullying from students and neglect from certain teachers, lack of an education, ect. I spent an entire year with my one of my bully's lockers above mine, constantly getting my hands or head slammed in the locker door. Hinger's clear favoritism, letting kids go without punishment and allowing them to continue bullying and hurting other students, and even threatening corporal punishment and slapping them with paddles. Year after year I was put in classes with bullys, my family did everything to try and get me out of those classes but they refused, and when they did eventually give in it was nearly the end of the year and they said it would be too late to move. PE teachers watching people target a certain kid and chuck various items at them constantly and refusing to do anything, or punishing those kids that refused to play with bullys. Teachers being gone all year with flighty subs who knew nothing about the material or kids. The list goes on. Most of the teachers there really do care but are given poor material and falling apart classrooms. The worst experience of my life, leaving me with continuous problems.
