Great location, close to I-985 exit 4 and Mall of GA, close to Costco and different restaurants. Nice and quiet subdivision. huge closet for all bedrooms, level fenced back yard, came and see this house, you will love it. we set the rent lower than market price due to the condition in side.

Minim 1 year lease, maxim 2 years lease with renew option. there is $50 application fee per adult (non refundable ), we will check the credit and criminal history, minim requirements are: credit score at lest 650, monthly in come as least 3 times the rent, no bankruptcy, no felony, no eviction history. if the applicant pass screening, we will charge one month rent as deposit and the tenant need to pay the first month rent before move-in. this property is rent as is.
