-Semi-adjoined family room annex with east facing balcony contains; large sofa, refrigerator, microwave, table, chairs, television, blu ray/dvd player and pantry storage for tenants use. Hall linen closet next to bathroom.
-Use of a newly remodeled kitchen with bespoke appliances; gas range, overhead microwave and extra large sink. Additional refrigerator space is in the garage across from the kitchen. Use of common areas besides upstairs annex, includes downstairs living room, back garden patio, fish pond and side yard.
-Basic cable, internet, garbage, water, electricity, gas, and security are included in rent along with street parking.

Married couple (48 and 45) of 15 years looking for a roommate to share our beautiful newly remodeled 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home. We appreciate a clean respectful environment where responsibility and chores are shared. We both work full time, but when we are home we enjoy working in the garden, playing with our two beautiful pups, and enjoying an evening in the garden. We also enjoy listening to records, cooking/baking, watching movies, and thrift shopping. Our two friendly female dogs are the matriarchs of the household and would be willing to introduce another animal so long as they get along with our girls.

Mature, clean, respectful, quiet, steadily employed individual. You enjoy and appreciate similar living arrangements and have a love for dogs as well as other animals. The ideal candidate would enjoy their independence but be open to socializing.

Total move in is $947/ 1st months rent, $200 refundable cleaning and $47 application fee.

    "There is a walking trail nearby that a lot of people take their dogs on. I take my family on it to go walking, also there is a creek during the summer that kids families and dogs love to go swimming in when it’s hot. There is also a huge field you can take your dog to run in if they are trust worthy off leash that most people take their dogs to so the they can play fetch or just flat run around to burn energy. The dynamic of this county and this town are amazing and we all are dog lovers so you wouldn’t have a problem here with dogs as long as they are up to date on shots and fixed. "
