    "I lived in this neighborhood for a long while. Great family neighborhood, spacious public park, open sidewalks, quiet and safe enough for long walks, bike rides, BBQs, etc. Kid friendly, pet friendly, foot friendly, and overall just pretty friendly place. This area is perfect – walking distance to restaurants, bars, fast food and shopping, supermarket/drugstore a block away, only a mile away from Park Place Mall and 10 minute drive from U of A campus, but without any traffic, student riff-raff, city noise or crime. Bike riding and walking accessible (bike paths everywhere), lovely landscaping and trees, great view of the mountains, and no scary wildlife to contend with. The neighborhood is lovely."
