Perfectly located in the center of Bradenton with multiple grocery stores within 1 mile, 30 minutes to the beach, and 20 minutes to the highway. Community has excellent amenities such as a heated pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, tennis court, gym, and laundromat. Golf cart friendly.

Interior of mobile home is renovated with new flooring, new cabinets, fridge, microwave, gas stove. There is 1 bedroom and full bathroom, and then an enclosed Florida room with a half bath. There is a laundry room (with hot water hookup for washer)and storage attached to the carport. No pets allowed.

Monthly rent includes water, trash, and Spectrum cable and internet.

This community is well maintained and secure. It has excellent amenities (heated pool, gym, laundry, golf, etc.) Bradenton Beach, Coquina, Anna Maria, etc., are approximately 25 minutes away.

Property is currently unfurnished. We are willing to provide simple furnishings (bed, couch, etc.) if needed. Please message to inquire further. Rent price may be adjusted depending on furnishing requirements.

Tenant must apply with the Community Association and be approved ($100 nonrefundable application fee).

Owner pays for HOA fees, which include water, sewer, Spectrum cable and internet, and lawn maintenance.
Tenant will pay for electricity and gas.

Absolutely zero smoking.
No pets per the HOA.

Large driveway can fit 2 cars. HOA is strict about parking elsewhere.
