Comments from current tenants:
1. Park Hill is a great place to live. The people are kind, generous, and welcoming. The 17th & Monaco Parkways have been great for daily walks (mornings, afternoons, evenings). City Park is also close by which is great for the farmer's market, Jazz in the park, and some green space.
2. Easy access to downtown, but removed from the downtown chaos. Plenty of coffee shops within walking distance (Honey Hill, Viva, Dandelion, and Copper Door are some favorites) and great neighborhood restaurants as well.
3. The house gets a lot of sunlight, which we've loved for ourselves and our plants (which have all thrived).
4. The space attached to the kitchen was a great second home office, very convenient for two remote workers. It would also be great as a sunroom.
5. The garden on the side of the house was such a wonderful addition and gave us cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, herbs galore.
6. Beautiful backyard great for bbqs or just sitting and reading. And the trees in the fall are so pretty and turn the house a lovely golden color in the afternoons.

Minimum 1 year lease (18 month preferred). Landlord pays gas, electric, water/sewer, trash, lawn care. No smoking, no pets.
