- No pets are allowed; however, this may be negotiated

- A security deposit, along with the first month's rent, is due at the time of lease signing. Additional terms and obligations will be detailed in the formal lease agreement.

- The Renter is expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property and its surroundings. This includes regular upkeep of both the interior and exterior of the home.

- The Renter is responsible for general yard maintenance and is expected to keep the lawn green and well-kept throughout the lease term.

- The Owner will be responsible for major repairs and general maintenance of the property. The Renter is expected to promptly report any maintenance issues.
