The downsides for me would definitely be lack of parking in most areas and the unhoused/transient folks sometimes is out of control in some parts. But those things are expected in the downtown area.     "There is an Art Walk every second Sunday. I live in the Art district so there are paintings displayed everywhere. A lot of restaurants and a walk to the grocery store. Unique small businesses. I am 4 blocks away from the beach, pike outlet, Long Beach convention center, and shoreline village. A lot of tourists in the area. The train is a block away. "

    "Easy access to 710 and 110 fwys. Metro runs through the heart of DTLB. I commute to Beverly Hills, which is awful with traffic. Traveling more than 10 miles to work is a nightmare depending on the destination "
