This home is being rented and managed by a private owner. Real estate agents, do not contact us. Caretaker lives in the garage apartment and will oversee all aspects of the rental. Caretaker has own cable and internet, but shares electric and water and pays $100 towards them. Strict landscaping rules will be included in the lease.

This is an older home and doesn't have all the updates that new homes have. Therefore we prefer someone who will accept the home as-is, and maintain it to our standards. Some of the owners belongings must remain the home, or stored safely.

We will run thorough screenings on all adults 18yrs old+. Must have clean criminal background, good rental history, credit score 700+ or better, stable employment, and income of at least $4200 per month. All will be verified. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not reply. We will not be flexible with these requirements. Application costs are $50 per adult and non-refundable once screenings are sent off. In order to process the credit checks and US criminal background checks, you must have a valid US ID or Green Card.

Washer and dryer not included.
