Please note that the pictures are from 52B Fairview (the other unit in the duplex) that is identical to 52A. Fairview Ave is located 1.5 miles from Downtown Westerly and 4 miles from the beaches.

Yearly rental with minimum 1 year term. Rent includes water and lawn mowing. Tenant is responsible for utilities, heat, garbage removal and snow removal. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit and landlord approval. However, dogs on the aggressive breed list will not be allowed due to insurance restrictions. A minimum credit score of 650 is required for the property.
